If you are comfortable with at least changing your site’s functions.php file, then you might want to look over the API docs from BluePrint-Q. Alternatively, if you are using an IDE like NetBeans, BluePrint-Q has already been prepared to support the baked-in Intellisense and Autocomplete functionality.
